Our car broke down on the highway in the middle of nowhere. Ladds came and towed us to a safe spot, went out of his way to contact a local mechanic and got us set up with repair right across from where we were staying. Exceptional service, very professional. He made sure we were not left stranded.

I broke down a half mile frome an exit and had to find a tow truck that could move my truck. They didn't waste any time helping even though it was a mother day's Sunday and family time.
